Moesia Inferior, Dionysopolis, Commodus, (AD 177-192), AE 16mm (3.26 g), obv. laureate head of Commodus to right, rev. flaming altar, (S.-, AMNG I -, SNG Budapest -; SNG Munchen -, Varbanov 445); another Severus Alexander. AD 222-235. AE Pentassarion 30mm, (14.80 g), obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. DIONVCOPO-LEITWN, Dionysos standing left, pouring wine from oinochoe to panther seated below, and holding thyrsos, E (denomination) in right field, (S., Varbanov 504, Mouchmov 104). Fine - extremely fine both with brown patina, light roughness and rare. (2)
